What skill level do I need?

We offer models for all skill levels. Check the difficulty rating on each product — Beginner builds take 2-4 hours, Intermediate 4-12 hours, and Advanced 20+ hours.

Are tools included?

Most kits include all necessary tools and components. Some advanced models may require basic tools like small pliers or a craft knife, which will be noted in the description.

Can I return an opened kit?

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days. If a kit has manufacturing defects, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently we don't offer gift wrapping, but all products come in premium packaging that makes for a great gift presentation.

How do I track my order?
