At Extoril, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours at support@extoril.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable

Opened kits with broken seals cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
